Mazagón is a town with around 5,000 inhabitants situated in the Huelva province, on the Costa de la Luz. It is 16 kilometres from Huelva capital, and currently comes under the joint administration of the Moguer and Palos de la Frontera.
Mazagón is an idyllic place for lovers of virgin beaches with golden white sands, dune systems, pine forests and beautiful natural surroundings.
Along with Matalascañas, Mazagón borders the National Park of Doñana and enjoys beautiful natural surroundings. Mazagón has become the most developed towns of the province of Huelva thanks to tourism, and for this motive the population are seeking administrative independence from Moguer and Palos de la Frontera.
